Filleting Package

This package includes:

- Filleting for one individual for up to 7 snapper (less than 60cm.) 
- Fish will be filleted, skinned, de-boned and packed on the charter that you have booked. 
- If you would like to use your own Tupperware container as a more sustainable option that is fine. 
- If you would also like to keep your frames and heads, please inform the filleter and they will put your frames aside. 
- If you don’t wish to take your fish heads or frames home. They will be collected and distributed out to the community.
