Postponement and Cancellation

Our company specializes in Exclusive Boat Hire Bookings. 

All casual charters are subject to change.

Exclusive boat hire bookings will take precedence over a casual charter but this decision will be at the discretion of the Company. 
If casual dates need to be moved due to an exclusive boat hire booking your order is transferable or refundable.

If due to weather we are unable to go fishing a postponement will be the only option - no refund. The crew will discuss the next available date and reschedule with you. 

If due to low numbers we are unable to go fishing you will have the option to transfer to the next available casual charter date or a refund. The crew will discuss the next available date and reschedule with you. 

If you cancel within 1 week before your sail date or you are late or sleep in and miss the boat, your order is non-refundable.

Our boat's name is Majuro and we are berthed at Z22, Zed Pier Marina.

Safety Brief: 0625 
Departure: 0630            
Arrival: Approx 1430 

This casual package includes the use of our onboard insulated cooler bags.

Please leave your chilly bins in the car.

This package does not include filleting.

Filleting will need to be paid before your sail date. If you have any questions about booking your filleting please call 027 664 2146 

If you have taken advantage of our filleting service please bring:
- a plastic container with a lid for your fillets or a large snap-lock bag
- a black bag if you wish to cart your heads and frames or whole fish to your car. 

Leave all chilly bins in the car until we arrive back from our charter.

Location and Navigation

We are based at Zed Pier Westhaven Marina, please Google navigates to 31 Westhaven Drive Auckland. 

Parking  

Please park in the white car park spaces. There are 3 Pay and display machines around the carpark. 
- By the far toilet
- at the car park entrance.
- At the top of the ramp leading down to the boats

The cost is approximately $30 per car between 4 - 7 a.m. early bird and cheaper with the - INUGO app. 

Alcohol 

Panapa Charters is a Licensed vessel. 

Alcohol legislation applies for a licensed launch. 

Panapa will give you a heads-up during his safety brief about our rules around alcohol. 

Tea and coffee will be available.  

Bait and Rod hire are included.  (Any rods or reels lost overboard will incur a $300 loss of rod and reel fee to be organized for payment on the day to Panapa Charters before ETA)
